At Kinder Kouture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.   Our processing time takes a minimium of 21-24 days.  Please note that during the Christmas and Easter holidays this waiting period may be extended up to 6 weeks.  Also note that if your order contains more then one item, please add an extra week to the processing time.  

 

Returns on Ready ship items

We really hope you love your Kinder Kouture purchase! Due to the limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Of course, if your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of initial shipment for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, your order will be refunded. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.

Please note, our items are intended for personal use and we reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns. Unopened packages marked "return to sender" will no longer be accepted. We reserve the right to keep these packages or mail them back at the buyer's expense. 

Returns on Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you.  For this reason, pre-order items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Defective/flawed pre-order item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.

How long will it take to get my Ready-to-Ship order?

3-5 business days.  

How long will it take to get my PREORDER?

We here at Kinder Kouture work long and hard to make beautiful dresses each day.  We will not be rushed, nor do we want our customers waiting too long. We always try to ship our PREORDERS as it states on the Product page.  During extremely large pre-orders, shipping may take longer than the 3-5 week window. Please be mindful when placing your order.
My mother used to say "Good Things come to those who wait", and we appreciate your patience.

What shipping carriers do you use?

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING and use USPS First Class Mail, which includes a Tracking Number.  No insurance.
  • Priority Mail is offered as an upgrade, and does include a free $50 insurance coverage for lost or stolen packages.
  • Express Shipping is also available.
  • INTERNATIONAL - We will ship anywhere in the world, but you will need to contact us regarding shipping prices.  Each package will vary in weight and price.  We will give you all options.  Email: kinderkouture@gmail.com. Please contact us for a quote.
  •  Please note: I, THE SELLER, AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT MY PRESENCE AND HAVE BEEN SHIPPED TO MY CUSTOMER(S).
    The seller does not guarantee shipment, nor provide insurance for any packages.  All Priority Mail shipments are insured for up to $50.00.  The seller does not bear the burden of theft, or missing packages once the package has been delivered to the address given by the buyer.

 


 

  • No cash refunds, credit card reversals or adjustments can be authorized online. Kinder Kouture reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing an exchange.

 

• WARRANTY:
If any constructional malfunctions occur (i.e.: elastic pops, seams undo, stitching in hem comes out), send it back to me  for a free repair at no charge to the buyer. Shipping fees will be paid  by seller.
• DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SUCH AS STAINS OR RIPS IN FABRIC, CONSTITUTES A BREACH BY THE BUYER, AND THEREBY NULLS ALL EXCEPTIONS FOR AN EVEN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
• I WILL NOT TAKE BACK OR REFUND ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING - SEE POLICY ABOVE.
