I have to go through Olivia's closet and find out what she wants to wear for School this year. I always let her pick and choose whatever she wants, and thank goodness she really enjoys wearing dresses. I gather that comes from her Preschool Days. She was only allowed to wear dresses then, so she tends to feel more comfortable in a dress over pants. I also think she likes to look "pretty". LOL. No matter where I take her, she tends to grab a dress and slip it on. I am not complaining. I like it when she dresses up. Today, she chose this dress to wear, and since she felt so pretty, I offered to take some new pictures. I realize she looks a bit older then when she wore this dress one year ago,but some parents/grandparents might like to see how pretty this dress is no matter what age your child happens to be. I love this dress. The style is perfect, and with the elasticized back, it is a guaranteed fit. The bodice is adorned with some pretty white lace, and straps button. To be honest, although I love the buttons, I would prefer to have a knot dress. The knots continue to grow with your child, and you can adjust the shoulder strap in whatever way you need it. Although this dress still fits Olivia, the straps were very tight. I will have to remove the buttons, and apply them somewhere else before she can wear it. Just my personal opinion. In any case, if you would like to see the dress up close, and perhaps order it, please feel free to visit THE DAHLIA DRESS in my shop.
