Happy July 4th to all of you. I hope you have enjoyed your weekend with family and friends. Although I had planned on presenting you with a new NAVY outfit, there was a small glitch in the matching bloomers, so I had to put that project on hold for a few more days. However, as promised, I got so many new fabrics while we were away in California that I chose to work with this lovely Riley Blake print instead. It is called GIRL CRAZY, and is full of things that every little girl just loves - butterflies, rollerskates, bikes, bubblegum machines, ipods and mp3 machines, and ice cream. To make it even more special this print is in pink, combined with yellows, reds and aquas. Full of summer fun and color! Love it. I decided to try a new design which I have seen all over Facebook. It is an Ellie Flutter Dress. The straps do not tie behind the neck. Instead they button in the back, and to make sure we covered all bases, we included two buttons so that your child can grow, and the dress will become a top. Isn't that great? Of course you can order the top or the dress - both options are available right here - , and we are working on matching bloomers and knit shorties for this lovely dress. Once I get my model home again, I will be sure to take some pictures. In the meantime, I hope these will do the trick.
