What inspires you to shop?

[vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][vc_gallery type="flexslider_fade" interval="3" images="10982,10983,10984,10985" onclick="link_image" custom_links_target="_self" img_size="560x840"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][vc_column_text]What are your favorite stores?  Marshalls? Nordstrom? Walmart or Target? Small businesses? or all of the above?  Each store has a method, a plan, that grabs you and then pushes you through its' doors.  My favorite inspiration is all in the merchandising.  When a store window is dressed up in a certain color scheme, or the products are arranged in clean and simple lines, it attracts my attention.  I am also attracted to stores that have no clutter, or easy flowing aisles, and good service.  I agree, not everyone seeks out a store like this.  I guess it says a lot about me and who I am. One of my favorite stores to shop is Target.  It is an easy solution for me.  They do a great job of merchandising their store.  The end caps are always color coordinated, and I love the fact that they often work around themes.  For example, I believe right now it is a tartan or blackwatch theme.  You walk into their store, and find this theme throughout all the departments.  If you decide you want to shop those patterns, you will find a ton of products that will all match this theme.  How easy is that?  And some of us need easy when it comes to home decorating or even fashion. IMG_1454 When I set up my website, I tend to work the same way.  I like clean lines, simple pages, and easy listings.  When a customer lands on my front page, I want them to feel a sense of calmness and beauty.  The pictures should inspire, and the style is not something out of reach, but right there with just a click of a button.  Because I do not have a brick and mortar store, I put a lot of effort into the pictures.  Whether I place a dress on a mannequin or on a model, the idea is to inspire my customers.  I want to make it easy for those of you that don't want to spend hours shopping in malls, searching through endless racks of clothing.  Pictures are a great way for me to show you how versatile a product can look on any girl of any age.  I can also change the accessories and give the product a completely different look.  I want to show you how beautiful something can look on your daughter, and I like to offer as much variety as I can. I order my fabric by the bolt, which allows me to offer you various different products, including hair accessories or boys ties, all sewn with the same fabric.  I also try to offer variety by allowing my customers to choose a certain style or pattern, and change the fabrics.  Of course, all of this hard work is only to accomplish one goal.....to get the customer to buy from me, and to hopefully remain a customer for years to come.  If you don't find shopping in my Web-Store relaxing and easy, or inspiring, please let me know.  I love to hear from my customers.   [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Your website is one of my favorites. Your photographs are always exquisite, your models are beautiful children, and your fabric choices and dress designs are always joyful. My children are adults as is my only grandchild. So even though I am not a customer, I love visiting your site. For 20 years I worked for Neiman Marcus the most marvelous specialty store retailer. As VP-General Manager it was a pleasure to have edited selections of merchandise, visual presentation themes, wide aisles, and quality merchandise and service. That is why I relate to your site. You are a talented and gifted artist. I wish you continued success.
