Most of you probably do not know this………but Kinder Kouture has been in business since 2008. That is a long time. Yes, we are proud to still be going strong even though the competition is tough. Really tough.
The reason why I decided to write this blog post is because every year around Easter and Christmas, we struggle to give customers exactly what they want…………a perfectly timed arrival.
- We have tried large pop ups to announce that we cannot accept any more orders.
- We tried keeping a calendar …….but nobody looked at it.
- This year we tried an app to schedule ship dates……
We were hoping that this app would schedule most of our orders, and that we could keep our customers happy in the long run. However, the app cannot count how many items a customer orders, and due to that fact, we cannot always get everything done in a day. This then leads us to revert to manually shuffling the ship dates.
I realize that this is not the best solution, however we will continue to try and update the app to work in everyone’s best interest. In the meantime, I would like to introduce you to the ORDER STATUS page. This calendar tells you exactly what we are working on in the week, and once your order is no longer visible, that means your package has shipped.
I hope you understand that selling custom dresses …………..no matter how many hours we work…………or how much money we put into the business………..is not always easy. I appreciate all of my customers, and I promise to continuously try and improve the processing times.
I just wanted you to know that we are doing our very best to remain a small business, and will continue to give you quality clothing. That is our top priority.
