All Kinder Kouture items are handmade out of natural fibers. We recommend the following care:

- Machine wash cold - Gentle Cycle

- Please do not place our items in the dryer. Hang to dry.

We are a Made-to-Order small family business. Your order will be processed on the next available ship date (please see Order Status) in the menu. You will be asked to pick a date during checkout. Most of the time you can expect a 2-3 week delivery timeframe.

Shipping costs will be determined during checkout.  All rates are based on shipping weight.  We ship with USPS First Class/Parcel.  The following rates are available:

USPS

First Class Package - 2-5 days Priority Mail - 2-3 days

Priority Mail Express - 1-2 days

International Priority Mail: 7-10 days

International Parcel - 2-3 weeks

International Express - 2-3 days

UPS

Ground - 2-7 days

Air - 2-3 days

Overnight - 24 hours

Customs and Duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Should you deny any charges, your order will be considered 'abandoned' and will not be refunded or replaced.

We DO NOT accept responsibility for missing or lost packages shipped within the United States or overseas. Please consider insurance if you are worried about packages getting lost. Priority Mail does include insurance.

Should your order contain any back-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped in its entirety. WE WILL NOT ALTER CUSTOMS FORMS to reflect a value different than the amount paid by the purchaser as doing so is a federal offense.
