How often do you have sales?
Due to the nature of our business and the selective inventory, we rarely have anything left to put on sale. We sometimes reduce prices on modeled samples, and often send coupons out to our customer email list. If we have a sale, our loyal customers are the first to know.
A Size Chart is located on each product page, but if you cannot find it, feel free to click here. We specialize in custom made clothing. If your child often has sizing problems, please feel free to include a chest and length measurement with your order. During checkout, there is a notes field, in which you can include this information. You can also email me at [email protected]
We do carry some inventory, which you will find here. Most of our items are pre-order only. All ready-to-ship items will ship within 48 hours after order is placed.
Our schedule varies depending on how busy we are, and the season. Please be sure to sign up for our newsletter, or check out our CALENDAR to see our available dates.
We can no longer offer custom orders due to the volume of orders we get.
How long until my order ships?
Our normal processing time is 2-3 weeks. We try our best to get your product in the mail as soon as possible. During the holidays this can sometimes be extended. Please see our CALENDAR for further information.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped that contains tracking information for your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your JUNK folder. Business days do not include weekends, or holidays.
Combining shipping costs?
If possible, we will definitely combine your shipping costs.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your inbox. We recommend checking your JUNK mail folder as well. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems at [email protected]
All parcels are shipped on Fridays.
We offer USPS First Class Mail, for all domestic FREE SHIPPING. This option takes 3-7 business days, includes a tracking number, but no insurance.
Priority Mail is available as an option to upgrade, which will arrive in 2-3 days, have a $50 insurance policy, and a tracking number.
Other options include Overnight Shipping.
Please understand that Kinder Kouture bears no responsibility for lost packages. Notify your post office for any package that has not arrived, and file a claim within 5-7 days after your receive your tracking number.
Can I return a Kinder Kouture item?
We want our customers to be happy. Due to the nature of our handmade business, please understand that all sales are final. We will only agree to give you an even exchange once you have contacted us with the details. Email us at [email protected] within 10 days after receipt. All costs associated with the exchange are covered by the buyer, and not the seller.
Please be sure to check out our Size Chart on each page. We will accept an exchange for sizing if your item is returned within 14 days after delivery. Please make sure all tags are attached, and the item is unworn and subject to availablity.
In accordance with US Consumer Laws and our Site Policy, which is accepted by the buyer at point of purchase, we are not required to provide a refund for sizing, or fit, if you make a wrong selection, or change your mind.

Conditions for Returned Items
Kinder Kouture exchanges are subject to the following conditions and all of the below must be adhered to for this to happen:
- you returned all items within 14 days after delivery,
- you return the item in original salable condition,
- your returned item(s) must not be soiled, washed, used, or worn.
- original tags must be attached.
If you are not able to comply with these terms, Kinder Kouture reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit.
It is within our discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. We recommend all customers inspect their products upon receipt. We do not accept returns on items that show basic wear and tear.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable except in cases where Kinder Kouture has made an error.
