Due to the delicate nature of our business, and the time we spend on crafting each item, our return policy is strict but necessary. We gladly offer our customers an even exchange for any item ordered. Please email seller at email@example.com to begin the return process with 5 business days after receipt of package. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not happy with your purchase.
If your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of initial shipment for an even (same product) exchange or refund. Please note, if your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be "returned to sender" and no refund/exchange will be authorized. All defective items are covered by the seller. A refund will be issued within 72 hours upon receipt of defective item. The items must be returned in the original packaging to the following address:

Our items are intended for personal use and we reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns. Unopened packages marked "return to sender" will no longer be accepted. We reserve the right to keep these packages or mail them back at the buyer's expense.
Kinder Kouture will gladly accept any request for an exchange if the item is still available.
Please note: I, THE SELLER, AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT MY PRESENCE AND HAVE BEEN SHIPPED TO MY CUSTOMER(S). *More info available under SHIPPING POLICY. The seller does not guarantee shipment, nor provide insurance for any "free delivery" packages. The buyer has the option to pay for insurance or Priority Mail upgrades. The seller does not bear the burden of theft, or missing packages once the package has been delivered to the address given by the buyer.
Returns on Custom Made Items
Custom-made items are made specifically for each customer in a size/measurement requested by the customer. For this reason, pre-order items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. *Items are intended for personal use and we reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns.
No cash refunds, credit card reversals or adjustments can be authorized online. Kinder Kouture reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing an exchange.
• WARRANTY:If any constructional malfunctions occur (i.e.: elastic pops, seams undo, stitching in hem comes out), send it back to me for a free repair at no charge to the buyer. Shipping fees will be paid by seller.• DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SUCH AS STAINS OR RIPS IN FABRIC, CONSTITUTES A BREACH BY THE BUYER, AND THEREBY NULLS ALL EXCEPTIONS FOR AN EVEN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.• I WILL NOT TAKE BACK OR REFUND ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING - SEE POLICY ABOVE.
